President and Founder, Eagle Rock Partners LLC

Jack KillionMr. Killion, the Advisory Board Chairman of Sheffield Capital Advisors, is one of the most highly respected business leaders in the middle market. He brings wide industry experience, strategic insight and financial acumen to all his deal-making activities.

He is also the President and Founder of Eagle Rock Partners, LLC, which manages the Eagle Rock Diversified Fund, a successful fund-of-hedge-funds that he launched in 2001. Goals for the Fund are to: (1) exceed S&P results; (2) provide investors important diversification; (3) generate returns with lower risk and less volatility than the major leading market and hedge fund industry indices; and (4) outperform the global fund of fund indices. The Fund has performed exceptionally well exceeding the cumulative performances of both the DOW and S&P 500 every year since its inception.

During the past 40 years, he has started, developed, managed and sold numerous companies in diverse business sectors – including publishing, industrial manufacturing, real estate development, investment management, venture capital, consulting and technology. His publishing activities have included multi-media consumer and business to business publishing (Harpers, Country Music Magazine and Wireless for the Corporate User). His industrial manufacturing activities included operating, growing and multiple M&A transactions with Killion Extruders. He has partnered to develop commercial real estate properties in Florida and worked in the UK for a British technology company as head of one of their divisions.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Killion worked with McKinsey & Company where he advised the top executives at some of the world's most influential corporations (domestic and foreign, public and private) on their strategic alternatives – including M&A, divestiture strategy, financial restructuring, and other key management issues.

He has served on numerous corporate boards, and is currently "giving back" to the community by holding board positions with three non-profits. Mr. Killion graduated from MIT's Sloan School of Management with an M.S. Degree and from Yale University with a B.S. Degree, Mechanical Engineering. In addition, he has held a faculty position in the MBA programs at Rutgers, Montclair State and Fairleigh Dickinson Universities.

Mr. Killion is married and has one child. He and his family live on Walnut Farm in New Jersey, where they have developed one of the state's top thoroughbred race horse breeding and training programs.
